MaraHub provides grocery ordering and delivery services. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as your name, phone number, and email address.
• Delivery information such as saved addresses and, when you choose to provide it, location data used to select or confirm a delivery area.
• Order information such as products, quantities, delivery slots, totals, delivery instructions, order status, and feedback.
• Technical information needed to operate and secure the app, such as authentication and error information.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure your account.
• To process grocery orders and coordinate delivery.
• To contact you about verification, account recovery, order status, or delivery.
• To provide customer support, prevent misuse, and improve MaraHub.

Service Providers

MaraHub uses Amazon Web Services, including Amazon Cognito for authentication, AWS AppSync and DynamoDB for application data, and Amazon SES for transactional email messages such as verification codes. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service and protect it.

Payments

MaraHub Customer currently supports cash on delivery. The app does not collect card or UPI payment details.

Sharing and Retention

We share relevant delivery details with authorized MaraHub staff and riders so orders can be fulfilled. We do not sell personal information. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for account, order, support, security, and legal purposes.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal or operational reasons. You may also stop using the app and request account assistance.

Children

MaraHub is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
